Description: One of our ongoing projects at Clandestine is the brewing of unique beers based on newly available experimental hops. In order to maximize the aromatic and flavor qualities of each hop, we brew with only the 1 type of hop and 100% Pilsner malt. Our first two of the series are on tap now at the tasting room - we're calling this series of beers "Hopothetical". Hopothetical: Azacca - Despite limited availability in its first commercial season, Azacca is already getting good buzz and could be headed for greater popularity in the future. The aroma has strong, lemon-y citrus notes with a hint of pineapple. The flavor brims with citrus and ripe mango.
