Fermented in FV on saison yeast, before secondary fermentation in an ex-Amarone foudre on Jester King's house mixed culture, this beer was infused with local, hand picked elderflowers, and Spanish loquats. 4.6% ABV Aroma Hops: Motueka Bittering Hops: Pilgrim Alpha CO2 Extract Malts: Lager Malt, Golden Promise, Oat Malt, Wheat Malt Yeast: Belle Saison, Jester King house culture.
