Description: Gyle No. 475. Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Boundary Brewing in Belfast, this DIPA was dry-hopped in two stages for a balanced, juicy flavour profile. Resinous Cryo hops were added towards the end of fermentation, followed by a Citra BBC charge after fermentation. 8.5% Aroma Hops: Citra BBC, Amarillo Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Loral Cryo, Chinook, Ekuanot BBC Bittering Hop: Pilgrim CO2 Alpha Extract Malts: Golden Promise, Flaked Oats, Dextrin Malt, Dextrose Yeast: London Fog
