All of the traditional elements of the cream ale are apparent in this creation. Made to be an ale version of the easy drinking lawn-mower style lager, this beer is session-able, with a high carbonation, soft mouth-feel and light sweet corn character. The coffee is a subtle note and is in balance with the light refreshing elements inherent in the style. Light fruit and citrus elements from the Ethiopian coffee are evident in the aroma and flavor.
