Description: Made from 100% locally sourced, Ontario grown Northern Spy, IDA Red, and Spartan apples fermented with a French cider yeast resulting in a dry, pleasant base liquid. A small portion of fresh juice is then blended back to balance the acid impart a fresh fruit nose. This naturally gluten-free cider is an off-dry, crisp, clean and refreshing cider. Montreal artist Simon Mallette St-Pierre created Splatter Rabbit for Series Three. We thought his work would look amazing on a cider can.
