Description: This tropical wild ale went directly into Reserva tequila barrels with mangos and honey. We then added additional mangos, and threw in some pineapple for good measure. Silva was inspired by our time with friends from Malaga, Spain. We spent days hiking, and lunching on almonds and fresh fruits, such as mangos and pineapple. The flavors of Spain are represented in this smooth ale. It’s bright, refreshing, and reminds us of sunny days spent walking through all of the colors and flavors the Spanish coast has to offer.
