Description: Red Sour Ale Aged in a Single Leopold Bros. 5-year Whiskey Barrel with Colorado Montmorency Cherries, Cocoa, and Coffee Beans Nightcap is one of our most sought-after vintage bottles mostly because of the level of complexity the first batch achieved. This Midnight Edition seeks to rekindle that complexity. This beer drinks more like a cocktail than just about any we've made before (save New Old Fashioned perhaps) and this is apparent in the obvious barrel characteristics, cocoa, and orange peel notes as well as the super dry finish.
