Description: This DIPA uses a blend of Southern Hemisphere hops. The hop combination leads to a strong tropical fruit aroma. In the taste you get a big mix of citrus and stone fruit flavors. It is all balanced out with a finish that is mildly low in bitterness. Swept Away pours a beautiful light yellow color with a strong amount of haze. Beer is ever changing but we (hope) you will always find a constant and comfort in our product.
