Description: A farmhouse wild ale, inoculated with our local yeast and bacteria in coolship, then fermented and aged in oak. After maturation, it was transferred to secondary oak tank and refermented with whole Oregon Blackberries. Once blended, the beer was dry 'hopped' with Rosemary to complement the woodsy characteristics of the fruit. It displays vibrant fruit character with a complementary botanical aroma and flavor, all tied together with a very light acidity and subtle Brett and wood notes
