Description: A base India Pale Ale recipe, fermented with our favorite English Ale yeast strain, and double dry hopped for fun. Brewed with Experimental Hop HBC 472, Simcoe, and Warrior hops, this is a crazy brew. HBC 472 as a bittering hop made our brewery smell like the islands, giving the boil an intense floral and coconut flavor, but as a flavoring hope, contributed a woody, almost cedar-like finishing flavor note to the beer. Double Dry Hopped with Simcoe and Warrior... this is a doozy!
