Description: Singles Awareness Beer is a "chocolate covered cherry" Sour Ale, unlike anything we've brewed before. Kettle soured, and then brewed with a ton of tropical, fruity hops, we fermented this with one of our ale yeasts nice and low, to 4.12% ABV. We then conditioned the beer on top of 160 pounds of tart cherries, followed by a dash of cocoa. The end result is a nice, fruity sour that isn't over the top, with just a hint of cocoa sweetness on the backend for a uniquely rounded out beer.
