Description: Something Good is a rotating IPA series where we explore new ingredients, techniques and processes with the hope of hitting on something good... enjoy! For the fifth iteration of our Something Good series, we used Strata hops to create a beautifully balanced and juicy IPA. Strata is a newer varietal, one which we first encountered on our trip out to Yakima last September. Backed up by a little Idaho 7, Something Good 5 is an IPA in our house style utilising the newest, most exciting hops!
