Description: Brewed in collaboration with Northern Monk. For this kettle soured IPA, we added orange puree during fermentation and then transferred the beer onto orange zest and vanilla... it was also dry hopped at a hefty rate with Citra and El Dorado -- it's tart, orangey and very delicious!
