Description: This is a collaborative beer made with Birmingham based, Indonesian specialist coffee roastery Ngopi and is the second coffee inspired ‘Boomsday’ beer release of ours. Kopi Susu is a coffee and milk based drink sweetened with palm sugar. We sourced specialist sugar through a coconut importer and added it alongside lactose to a very complex malt bill. Conditioned on harshly ground coffee beans for 2 days before packaging.
