Description: Electrolyte returns from Autumn 2010 when we last brewed this historical and regional almost lost style. Gose is a wheat beer from Leipzig Germany that also contains coriander and salt. Released just in time for Sydney Craft Beer Week and the change of seasons to warmer weather. This easy drinking tart/sour wheat ale will bring back childhood memories of warheads. It is tart/sour but balanced offset with coriander and a pinch of salt. Extremely refreshing and very addictive. For the ultimate experience match with Goat Chèvre cheese. The image inside the glass on the label is inspired by non-alcoholic electrolyte drinks and hippie halcyon days.
