Description: A very big amount of time was used to brainstorm, create and organise this project. This beer was made in this hectical period and is as bizarre as it's brewer and his timing. Just leaving the warm chamber a couple of days before it's official launch, I am happy with the result. I wasn't sure how this one would come out as it was the very first brew in "Frankie", my self adapted and composed "Frankenstein brewery". The maiden brew didn't go down without a fight. The mill wasn't set up right, the temperatures during the maching were a bit of as well. The filtering took ages and the heating up to the boil even longer. The results of this bizarre process were to be considered with care. Fermentation went superfast and after quiet some tasting stress, a very good friend and brewer pushed me as far as needed to try a sample. I was fairly happy it was drinkable after fermentation. Still this one should be beter if I was to finish and to launch it. So I decided to condition way longer and even to do a dry hopping. As time passed, I adapted the brewhouse and got all the errors out. At the same time I developed a bit more confidence in myself and dared to taste my brewes without worrying. As I decided to bottel the brew the beer was quiet awesome in genuine coffee flavour (no, no coffee was added at any time). I got more and more pleased with the result and came to a point of pride to present this bottled, bizarre brew to you.
