Description: "Back to basics" is what we thought to be a good start for the 4th beer in this project. Maybe for too long brewers and companies were looking to go extreme in any direction in order to create extreme beers. So as you may expect, we chose the unexpected and went straight back a couple of decades to brew our version of an all-time Belgian classic. Eager Eagle is a true Belgian tripel. Because of the relegation in general taste, there are a lot of very simular tripels on todays market. The taste and color are very simular because the recipe are all very simular as well. So where will we make the difference, I see you wonder. Well, we'll go further back in time and brew the same recipe but without altering water, filtering and pasteurizing. And without adding taste enhancers and foam stabilizers. Only our regular tap water, 1 malt, 1 sugar, 1 yeast and 2 hops are used in our Eagle. When you taste this beer you'll see we still managed to create a fine body and soul for this curious bird.
