Description: This years Brandy Barrel Drakonic was aged two years in brandy barrels and then blended with 25% fresh Drakonic. The Brandy barrels impart subtle dark fruit, raspberry and plum which play of the dark, roasty, and chocolate notes of Drakonic. First impression is a tart raspberry aroma with lots of plum and oak. On the tongue it comes off fruit forward and vinous, with hints of Oak and Brandy heat finishing with big chocolate and roast notes.
