Description: Scarlett o' Bretta is a special batch of Drake's American Sour Red aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, blending two seemingly different worlds with surprisingly amazing results. The whiskey barrels add subtle rye spice and flavors of oak and vanilla, which blend perfectly with the dark fruit, and caramel toasty-ness in the beer. This beer was aged just short of a year with our house culture of lacto, pedio and brett to give it quite the sour kick.
