Description: This one goes out to all our r/bullcity fans on reddit that roasted a picture of our unfinished taproom, and to Brutal Bohemian for designing a mural to show them how “CORPORATE” we really are. Seriously Brutal Bohemian f***ing crushed this mural and we couldn’t wait to get it on a beer! We’ve been messing around with West Coast IPA for a long while now, and we’re VERY excited to finally drop a West Coast DIPA for y’all. Time to break the mold, throw caution to the wind, and roll out “Corporate Brutality” for all to consume! Clear, dank, juicy, and crisp. All the things you want in a West Coast, but with the additional hop charges and fruity hop characteristics typically found in our DDH Hazy stuff. YEEEEEHAW! Mashed with a base of @RiverbendMalt Pilsner and Oats, along with a medley of @proximitymalt Wheat and Flaked Oats, hit very aggressively with Ella hops throughout the boil and then again with a slathering of Motueka in the Whirlpool, fermented with our crisp and clean WCIPA yeast, and spunded for 100% natural carbonation. Dry hopped only once, but VERY heavily with a BIG OL’ MESS of Vic Secret, Ella, and Nelson CGX pellets. This one is absolutely begging you to call HR from the assault of fruity-resinous tones. You may have to file a TPS Report to account for all the tastebuds you’ll be pulling out of inventory due to the onslaught of Passionfruit, overripe Pineapple wedges, and Lime-Peach goodness. Don’t be afraid to cash in some PTO once you come out of your cave
