Description: FRESH is our ever changing concept, idea and journey towards the perfect IPA in a world where our idea of the perfect IPA is ever changing. FRESH TWELVE is a modern IPA well aware of the history of IPA’s. For FRESH TWELVE what we’ve done is work on the hops and the hop schedule. We’ve cut out Citra hops all together and added Simcoe hops, in fact, we let it play the lead. Meaning, we’ve moved Mosaic from the front to the back. This has made the beer more sturdy and less candy, if that makes any sense. Embarking on a journey towards a super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush IPA, with loads and loads and loads and loads of hops! That’s fresh! This is fresh! Gotta be fresh!
