Description: For our first ever collaboration beer we got together with our friends at Tap It, Left Coast and Out of Bounds Brewing companies to come up with a brew celebrating the 2017 CCBA Summit. The result is this dry hopped Red IPA using rye malt, Huell Melon, Galaxy and whole cone Amarillo hops fermented with California Common yeast. Big notes of citrus, hop resin and spice stand out on a blanket of malted waffle cone sweetness to collaborate with each other in a beautiful balance of hops, malt, yeast and water.
