Description: We’re never merely content with creating beers that are extra special. So we set about developing small quantities of limited edition beers that are, in our opinion, simply extraordinary. Our journey began when we started a unique collaberation with the smallest and arguably the most beautiful distillery in Scotland, the Edradour Distillery. This led to the discovery of a very special ingredient for our beer. Wood. The first of our Wood series of select beers were brewed in oak casks originally containing Oloroso, claret, and Sauternes. Just weeks after the whisky had finished flowing from these beautiful barrels, they were helping to turn our finest craft beers into delicious wooden cask matured beers, each with their own distinctive character.
