Description: Our 'St Andrews Blonde' has a positive attitude about it. Not many will sit on the fence with this one. Scott reckons it is his favourite. It is full of personality which is consistent with it's ingredients and their origins. The primary hop is the galaxy hop from Australia which has a strong fruit flavour range which covers a spectrum from apricot to pineapple, yet has a balancing grapefruit bitterness on the palate. We reckon his beer has stacks of flavour and body but is hugely drinkable at just 3.8abv. Like the porter we can't wait to get feedback from a wider group of discerning consumers on the blonde.
