Seven types of sweet complex malt are added and in such quantities that our mash tun was fit to burst. Premium Irish Ale malt, Crystal, Dark Crystal, Black Malt, Chocolate, Roast Barley and Flaked Barley A long conditioning time leads to a round, dense and complex imperial stout, extremely dense, with a smooth mouth feel, cocoa and dark chocolate upfront with rum and raisin notes - beautifully warming on chilly evenings.
