Description: Brewed in collaboration with Beaumont’s very own Chartier,this ain't just any old stout, we pulled out all the tricks and then some! Starting with a softer than usual water profile we added loads of flaked oats, caramelized sugar and milk sugar to an already very chocolate heavy malt bill to mimic the velvety brownie base. To that we added cocoa nibs, salt, maple syrup, maple syrup whiskey, pecans, and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla! We finished this beer with one (maybe 5) more maple syrup kiss. It easily one of our most complex beers to date, but honestly we have just been enjoying this one for the nice warm hug that it is.
