Belgian-inspired Grisette brewed with a large amount of spelt malt & raw wheat for a creamy body. Fermented with our house saison strain and dry hopped with fruity New Zealand varieties, Rakau and Taiheke. Named after our brewery dog, Grizzly, and released for his 10th birthday.
