Description: We aged our stout for over six months in Buffalo Trace and Jack Daniels Barrels. After we held a private event tasting the Barrels with some randomly picked Ellipsis Insiders (FB Group) we took their direction to blend the Barrels before we treated the beer with two different Chocolates, Cold Brew Espresso, Coconut and Vanilla.
