Description: Saison brewed with coriander seed added near the end of the boil. Fermented in stainless steel then racked into Wither Hills Chardonnay barrels. Aged just enough to impart a touch of soft oak and that distinctive chardonnay characteristic. Minor amounts of fresh lemon and orange peel were added along with whole NZ cone hops into the barrels. All these flavours combine to create a delicate and refreshing instant classic.
