Description: Seventeenth Century Mead Maker Sir Kinelm Digby was a diplomat and a friend of King Charles I. He created several recipes for brewing varieties of Mead, and one he created specifically for the Queen Mother. Enchanted Manor's Queen Mother's Mead was inspired by this particular recipe of Digby's. We use a similar variety of herbs and spices to enhance a complex layering of flavors - Rosemary, Ginger, Clove, and Dried Elderflower.
