Description: Cosmic Congruency is an Imperial Stout we worked on with Derek when he visited months back. It is made with Cacao nibs, Vanilla, Coconut, Marshmallow, and a touch of lactose. As depicted on the label, our goal was to make an out of this world balanced stout with some of both breweries favorite and congruent adjuncts that coexist harmoniously in this stout and at a cosmic level. Cosmic Congruency pours pitch black with a fluffy quickly dissipating head. Aromas of thick fudge and sweet vanilla arise before flavors of bakers chocolate, gooey marshmallow and balanced coconut wrapped up in vanilla swirls. Decadent and creamy, Cosmic Congruency shows balance and restraint across at the bored before giving you a harmonious finish.
