Description: In marlinspike seamanship (nautical ropework), a splice is a method of joining together rope parts to make a union more permanent than a knot. Similar is our adjoining with our good friends at The Reluctant Trading Experiment, purveyors of the high-grade imported Icelandic Flaky Sea Salt and Coriander used in this salty, sour and aromatic brew. Our Gose has an unlikely union of parts combining to form something heavenly and unique. This is not a run of the mill beer; let’s be honest, it’s somewhat wacky and we made it reluctantly. But you’ll be glad we did!
