Description: Jim Nelson, our intern from Regis University's Certificate in Applied Craft Brewing program, brewed Seven Year Saison with his nephew Michael and several other members of the Nelson clan. This beer will be served at Michael's upcoming wedding and is so named because the future bride and groom dated for seven years before deciding to tie the knot. Seven Year Saison is brewed exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops to honor the family name and said hops impart a lot of citrus and white wine flavors.
