Description: Many months ago, Factotum Brewhouse and CO-Brew held a joint homebrew competition to determine two winners for the Great American Beer Festival Pro-Am. This was not one of the two winners. But, it was one heck of an honorable mention and Factotum wanted to brew it anyway! First concocted by Chris Stuart, a member of the neighborhood Sunnyside Homebrew Club, this beer gets its signature tartness from cherries. UPDATE: One year later, we decided to brew this again but on the 7 BBL system!
