Description: We found our feisty and resilient Mama Kitty on a cold, rainy fall day last year in the alley behind FDR … along with her 7 Kittens! Mama is tough, but don’t let her screeches scare you, she’s really a softie who loves to have her head and belly rubbed. This IPA reflects her spirit – brewed in the West Coast tradition using aggressive citrus-forward Centennial, Columbus, Amarillo, and Ekuanot hops, but in easy-going, San Francisco fashion, we made it with less bitterness than traditional West Coast IPAs to reflect her soft side. GigaYeast NorCal Ale yeast.
