Description: Blueberry was blended from a single barrel from Fall 2018 of a traditional batch brewed with New Jersey harvested blueberry blossom honey. We racked this beer onto fresh NJ grown blueberries at nine months for a one week cold maceration before racking it back to barrels to condition for an additional five months. We then laid the beer down in bottle for an additional fifteen months. Upon release, Blueberry will be 29 months old. Blueberry is one of our heaviest fruited beers, displaying intensely juicy blueberry aroma and flavor. Our base spontaneous beer still shines through carrying citrusy flavors, a full mouthfeel and undertones of blueberry blossom honey.
