Description: Red & White Currant is a blend composed of a single cask brewed in October 2018. At nine months old, we racked the beer onto a blend of red and white currants from three different New Jersey farms. It then conditioned for an additional five months in barrel. We then laid the beer down in bottle for an additional 20 months of conditioning. Upon release, Red & White Currant will be 34 months old. The currants bring a citric note, adding bright and fruity acidity to the well-rounded base beer. The blend pushes a twiggy, floral, and earthy aroma intertwined with citrus from both the currants and the spontaneous beer.
