Description: An ode to the beauty of grapefruit, Hanging Valley is an amalgam of grapefruit flavors and aromas. Starting with our house Saison yeast blend that produces heavy amounts of hay and lemon with a strong undertone of grapefruit pith, followed by the addition of Centennial hops which provide a nice mid-palate experience reminiscent of grapefruit blossoms, and with a grand finale where we add the skin from hand peeled grapefruits to give this beer it's trademark grapefruit flavor and aroma. This beer is a clean and bright classic Saison, while still showcasing the illustriousness of that ruby red citrus.
