Description: With loud flavors of bruised fruit and crushed citrus, In Bloom Double IPA is a super-soaker filled with juice blasting your palate at will. Its hazy appearance foreshadows the juicy hop flavor approaching, eventually bogging down your senses with notes of ruby red grapefruit juice, candied peaches, and freshly picked melon. With a soft bitterness, a full body, and a blend of British base malts, In Bloom can be seasonably chewy while accentuating the battalion of hops coating your mouth. While you are busy trying to sing along with the melody of hops, please stay aware that you are drinking a fairly big beer, and restraint is suggested.
