Description: Few things in the beer world go together better than brettanomyces and hops, and Moraine Brett IPA is a testament to just that. Luckily for all of us, hops' natural enemy is oxygen, and brettanomyces loves to consume any oxygen present in beer. Not only does this create an ideal environment for hop aromatics to thrive, but the pineapple and funky characteristics from brett dance with the hops in Moraine like a well choreographed ballet. Aromas of grapefruit and white wine grapes jump out of the glass, followed immediately by assertive pineapple and hay esters. The wheat-heavy body carries the blend of hops and wild yeast flavors from the front of the palate to the back, intermingling perfectly with trademark brett horse blanket notes.
