Description: Saint Summers is the third beer in our Saint Series; a series of beers that consist of one hop and one malt, made one time only. It is our way to show our appreciation and admiration of those that have been indispensible in the opening of our brewery, the success of our brewery, and the success of our industry as a whole. Saint Summers (brewed for our friend Ryan Summers of Good Karma San Jose) is a single hop American IPA showcasing Galaxy Hops from Australia, using all Patagonia Extra Pale Malt from Chile, and San Diego Super Yeast from White Labs. Up front Saint Summers is loaded with notes of lemon-lime, transitioning into a tropical bouquet of papaya, pineapple, and pomelo; finishing with an assertive citrus pith character. The Chilean malt leaves this beer incredibly pale in color and dry as a bone, giving these southern hemisphere hops the perfect palate to showcase their complexity and brilliance.
