Description: It’s kind of high in ABV for an IPA but that gives it more body from the glycerols & oats & dark malted wheat & stuff. We used Simcoe & Eureka hops, kind of a weird pairing, but we got lucky on pairing them the first time out so we’re doing it again. Notes of guava, pine, citrus, Kerns canned juice, & Jeff Spicoli’s VW bus. I’m sure someone is going to see 7.7% IPA with Simcoe and Eureka, & without reading this they’ll comment & ask if it’s the same beer as our Sonoma Pride beer. It is, but don’t confirm it, lie and say it’s a peanut butter & pineapple DIPA or something.
