Description: The FIERCE SINGLE HOP PROJECT is designed to showcase individual hop strains and how their unique characteristics impart contrasting profiles in different beer styles, alongside varied yeast strains. We’ve invited some of the best breweries out there to collaborate on this project and let them run wild with the recipes. These beers are best enjoyed fresh. Be FIERCE. This IPA was brewed to accentuate the citrus and tropical fruit elements of the CITRA hop strain. Juicy and hazy, the bitterness is kept low by adding only whirlpool and late dry hops. The A38 yeast adds stone fruit flavours to the beer, and the addition of a small amount of passion fruit puree adds an extra flavour dimension.
