Description: This mixed fermentation ale is complex and enchanting. Strawberry and cherry intertwine with floral, vanilla creme and oak in this tart ale, accentuated with fine effervescence. Strawcherry Fields was first soured with lactobacillus then fermented in an oak foeder with Belgian ale yeast and a blend of Brettanomyces. We finished with fruit and aged this beer for 10 months before bottle conditioning for an additional 3 months.
