Description: Brewed at The Propagator. A Mexican-inspired spin on our Merlin series. During the boil, guajillo & pasilla chili peppers were added along with liquid cacao. It was then conditioned on cacao nibs & vanilla bean. As a nod to the 20+ ingredients traditional Mexican mole incorporates, we added Helldorado, our Barrel-Aged Blonde Barley Wine, which was infused with spicy chili pepper paste including guajillo, pasilla, chipotle, serrano & habanero. Rich dark chocolate & malt flavors dominate, with a creamy mouthfeel & lingering chili pepper spice.
