Description: Our legendary Central Coast Quad, Stickee Monkee, saw a few fun twists in our barrel hall. After aging for 18 months in WhistlePig rye barrels, we blended in a selection of the beer to orange bitters barrels to add a touch of zesty citrus. To create an extra layer of decadence, we recirculated the final blend through cocoa nibs at a rate of 6 pounds per barrel. The result is a beer bursting with notes of dark chocolate, honey-soaked orange wedges, and baking spices, making it a truly indulgent treat.
