Description: Created around the proverbial campfie between Bent Paddle and Fitger’s Brewhouse. They managed to save a bourbon barrel’s worth and let it age for 6 months. The nose presents a playful wisp of smoke almost akin to an Islay peatiness. The caramel maltiness brings forth a stone fruit character with just a hint of rye malt to play off the Czech Saaz hops while notes of Bourbon and wood shine through.
