The 2020 harvest blend was created from a blend of aged mixed culture beers brewed with spelt and wheat. This blend was refermented on organic 'Red Haven' peaches grown in Bridgeport, Washington at Rama Farm. This beer was refermented to contition in the bottle with raw Washington Honey.
