Description: This beer is young spelt saison macerated on second use nectarines. It is maybe most similar to the 2017 Blushing Star? Better body and at this point a touch more acidity, although when it was bottled it was not acidic at all and as the acidity has come on the beer has really come into its own. It drinks like a nice mixed culture saison perfumed with peaches. It's really, really pleasant. This is the "more floodland" counterpoint to the 2018 punch you in the face Meditation - easy to drink, a total summer crusher for the dead of winter.
