Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Seekers After Light is a blend of mixed culture beer fermented and aged in oak and refermented on grape pomace and organic apricots. The 2021-2022 harvest blend was created from a selection of oak fermented and aged saison which was aged on 2021 harvest Marsanne pomace from Boushey Vineyard and melon pomace from Johan Vineyard. The following season the beer was refermented on organic 'Rival' apricots from RAMA Farm and organic 'Candy Cot' apriums from Collins Family Orchards. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 10/06/2022
